Important: All astrological readings, predictions, forecasts, and Kundali interpretations provided by Naksham are generated using classical Vedic astrology (Jyotish) algorithms and are intended for guidance, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

The classical Vedic texts referenced on our site (such as Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Surya Siddhanta, etc.) are in the public domain. Our interpretations, summaries, and educational commentary on these texts remain our intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Naksham and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Naksham, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
