We stand behind every Naksham order. We will replace or refund your order if:
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size choice, scent preference, or fragrance expectations. Each Naksham product is crafted in small batches, and our team works hard to describe every item accurately on the product page so you can buy with confidence.
We ask every customer to record a short unboxing video. The video helps us check what went wrong, raise a claim with our courier partner, and approve your replacement or refund fast.
A good unboxing video shows:
A simple phone video is fine. It does not need to be edited or fancy. The clearer the video, the faster we can help you.
Follow these steps to raise a claim:
Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 2 business days. The amount reaches your original payment method in 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a bank account or UPI ID you share with our care team. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
For safety, hygiene, and sacred product care, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
Wrong or damaged items in these categories are still covered under Section 2, as long as the unboxing video is provided.
You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Once the courier has picked up your order, cancellation is not possible and the order will complete as usual.
To cancel, email our care team with your order number as soon as possible. Refund for a cancelled order follows the same 5-7 business day timeline.
