Free shipping on every order across India. Here's how we dispatch, deliver, and track your Naksham order.

Naksham ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not ship outside India at this time. International shipping is on our roadmap and will be announced when available.
If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will reach out within one business day with the next steps or a full refund.
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum cart value. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprise charges, no hidden fees.
Any taxes applicable to your order are already included in the product price.
You can pay by UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery is also available on most orders across India.
Cash on Delivery is available on orders under ₹2,999. If your order total is ₹2,999 or more, whether from one item or a few items added together, it ships prepaid. You can still pay in seconds by UPI, card, or net banking at checkout.
Cash on Delivery may also be unavailable for a few pin codes our courier partners do not cover for cash collection, and for made-to-order or hand-selected items that always ship prepaid. The available payment options are shown to you at checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our warehouse runs Monday to Saturday. We do not dispatch on Sundays or national holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday after 2 PM, on Sunday, or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Weather, strikes, natural events, or courier delays may add time beyond our control. We will always keep you informed if we see a delay.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on your registered email and mobile number by SMS. The link shows real-time courier updates from pickup to delivery.
If you do not receive tracking within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our care team.
Please enter your complete shipping address with a correct pin code and a reachable phone number. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned to us.
Courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you to either resend the order or issue a refund.
